Teaching and other education work

Jessica is a Senior Musician at Big Noise Govanhill, a Sistema Scotland programme, where delivering class music sessions for Primary 2, teaching individuals and group string sessions, leading the advanced string ensemble, and holding responsibility for community engagement activity. She also maintain a small class of private pupils, and tutor for the National Youth Orchestras of Scotland’s Development Orchestra. Jessica’s teaching experience spans complete beginners to university level, coaching of adult groups, conducting and leading ensembles, and devising and leading schools workshops.

Jessica is particularly interested in working with children and young people on projects that are rooted in their local landscape or on climate related topics that they are engaged with. For enquiries about education work please use the contact form.
